The ROCK Society is an organization formed by members of the AUA who were interested in the basic mechanisms involving human urinary stone formation. The Society was developed from the Special Center of Research Excellence (SCORE) programs, under the National Institutes of Health. The ROCK Society has two yearly meetings, one which takes place during the AUA Annual Meeting and another that is a members only meeting and is held in various locations.
